Terms of Use
Conditions governing access to mindmotionco.life. Last updated and effective from: 9 July 2026.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and MindMotion Co Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202548726K) governing access to and use of the website mindmotionco.life and related informational content. By accessing the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
Separate written agreements govern paid programmes, professional services and production deployments. Where conflict arises between these Terms and a signed engagement letter, the engagement letter prevails for that engagement.
2. About MindMotion Co
MindMotion Co is a computer vision and motion AI company providing robotics integration, autonomous systems engineering, digital human pipelines and governance frameworks. We are not a marketing agency, web design studio, generic IT outsourcing provider or guaranteed-outcome consultancy. Site content describes our capabilities in general terms and does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in writing.
3. Permitted use
You may browse the site for lawful, personal or internal business purposes. You must not:
- Attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data;
- Introduce malware, scraping bots or denial-of-service traffic;
- Copy, frame or redistribute substantial content for commercial republication without permission;
- Misrepresent affiliation with MindMotion Co or imply endorsements we have not granted;
- Use contact forms for spam, harassment or fraudulent submissions.
4. Intellectual property
Site content — including text, layout, logos, SVG marks, photography and design — is owned by or licensed to MindMotion Co and protected by copyright and trademark law. The neural-pulse symbol and "MindMotion Co" wordmark may not be used without written consent. Programme materials, sandbox code and deliverables provided under contract remain subject to those contract terms.
5. Information accuracy
We strive to keep site information current as of 2026. Programme fees, service descriptions and illustrative metrics may change without notice. Deployment outcomes depend on environment conditions, sensor calibration, integration maturity and governance — we do not guarantee flawless autonomy, perfect digital humans, specific accuracy rates or regulatory approvals based on website copy alone.
6. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party resources (font providers, documentation, partner tools). We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices or availability. Access third-party sites at your own risk.
7. Privacy and cookies
Personal data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. Cookie use is described in our Cookie Policy. Both are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Computer vision, robotics and motion AI outcomes depend on environment conditions, sensor calibration, integration maturity and responsible governance. MindMotion Co engineers perception and motion intelligence systems — deployment results vary by use case. We do not guarantee flawless autonomy, perfect digital humans or regulatory compliance. Metrics on this site are illustrative. We are not a web studio, training provider or generic IT outsourcing shop.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, MindMotion Co shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from site use. Our aggregate liability for direct damages related to gratuitous site use shall not exceed S$100 unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of Singapore.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify MindMotion Co against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the site or violation of applicable law, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts for disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or site use, without prejudice to our right to seek injunctive relief elsewhere.
12. Changes
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes take effect on posting unless stated otherwise. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted.

14. Programme and service terms
Enrolment in MMC programmes and contracted services is subject to separate statements of work specifying fees in Singapore dollars, deliverables, acceptance tests, intellectual property allocation and limitation of liability caps appropriate to the engagement value. Website programme descriptions are summaries only.
15. Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control — including natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, utility failures or government actions — provided notice is given promptly and mitigation efforts are undertaken.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in full force. The invalid provision shall be modified minimally to reflect original intent where possible.
17. Entire agreement for site use
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement regarding gratuitous use of mindmotionco.life. No oral modification shall bind MindMotion Co without written confirmation signed by an authorised officer.
18. Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. MindMotion Co may assign its rights in connection with merger, acquisition or sale of substantially all assets, with notice posted on this site where practicable.
19. Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Waivers must be in writing to be effective.
20. Survival
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law — shall survive cessation of site access.
21. Language
These Terms are drafted in English. If translated for convenience, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by Singapore law in case of inconsistency.
22. Electronic communications
You consent to receive communications electronically through email or website postings where permitted. Notices to MindMotion Co must be sent to [email protected] with sufficient detail for routing to legal or engineering teams as appropriate.
23. User-generated submissions
Content you submit through contact forms must be accurate to the best of your knowledge and must not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful material. We may remove or refuse to process submissions that violate these Terms or applicable Singapore law. Submission does not create a client relationship until confirmed in writing by MindMotion Co.
24. Export and sanctions
You represent that you are not subject to trade sanctions or export restrictions that would prohibit receipt of our services or technical information. We reserve the right to decline engagements where compliance screening indicates prohibitions under Singapore or applicable international sanctions regimes.
25. Headings
Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation of these Terms. References to "including" or similar terms shall be read as illustrative rather than limiting.
