Many clients combine MMC programme graduates with ongoing services — sandbox provisioning for new product lines, perception sprints for seasonal SKU changes, and quarterly success reviews for enterprise scale. We quote each service after discovery; fixed-fee and retainer models are available for teams with predictable roadmap volume.
All services are delivered by MindMotion Co engineers, not subcontracted marketing or generic IT staff. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 SGT unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Engagement models
Fixed-fee discovery and sprint packages suit teams with defined acceptance criteria. Retainer models suit organisations running multiple perception pipelines across sites — quarterly success reviews become standing agenda items with shared KPI dashboards. We document assumptions, exclusions and hardware responsibilities before any purchase order so procurement teams in Singapore and the region can review scope without ambiguity.
Every service output includes governance artefacts where personal or biometric data may be processed: purpose statements, retention guidance and incident escalation paths aligned to PDPA 2012. We do not guarantee specific accuracy rates, autonomy levels or regulatory approvals — outcomes depend on your environment, sensor investment and operational discipline.
